Alicia is the head coach for the MAPS commercial division. She oversees a team of coaches with inaccess of 100 current coaching clients. Over her carrier, Alicia has coached in excess of 100 commercial real estate agents.
She currently offers 1-on-1 Mastery coaching and the results achieving Seven Figures in 90 Days group coaching through MAPS Coaching
Alicia Shepherd brings a unique experience to commercial real estate, having worked for in various arenas of the industry. Although she leads a team of commercial agents, and has participated in more than 100 commercial transactions, Shepherd started in the industry in an administrative and marketing support role. Her path has dropped her into every aspect of the transaction, and more importantly the business structures, that a successful agent must work on to have a fruitful career.
Shepherd is passionate about her mission to improve her industry in how they learn, how they serve their clients, and how they function within the brokerage community. This passion lead to the creation of her commercial training program, Nucleus, as well as the Launch Commercial Real Estate Platform. Her days are spent working with clients to achieve their investment goals, coaching seasoned agents to maximize their businesses and building her various businesses.
